Foreign ownership rules by KBLI code in Indonesia: Positive Investment List, Presidential Reg. 10/2021, share limits, and PMA-open sectors.
The foreign-ownership layer does not yet have a complete per-KBLI matrix in this repository, but the source framework and supporting workflow are already present. This hub is therefore filled as a screening center: it explains what is already live, the correct review sequence, and which pages the user should move through before building an investment memo or PT PMA filing plan.

Current limitation
This hub must not be used to conclude that a specific KBLI is definitely open, closed, or restricted without reading the applicable sector regulation. Until the official per-code matrix is parsed, the function of this page is to improve early screening quality and reduce misreads before filing.
